Role overview
English 1 is looking for newly graduated or soon-to-graduate candidates to begin an entry-level teaching career in China. The role is designed for people who want international exposure, a strong first professional experience, and the chance to earn while developing useful career skills. Prior classroom experience is not needed, as the company provides training, visa support, and ongoing career guidance.
This position can serve as a first full-time job, a graduate pathway, or a gap-year opportunity for motivated applicants who are open to living and working abroad.
What you will do
- Lead engaging English classes for children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in an interactive classroom environment.
- Use the company’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver lively, high-energy lessons.
- Offer helpful feedback and support students in growing their confidence with English.
- Join school-based events, cultural programmes, and student participation activities.
Compensation and benefits
- Paid salary with an additional performance bonus after six months.
- 21 days of paid leave in total, made up of 10 days of paid leave and 11 statutory holidays.

Additional terms
