Role Overview
V Group Inc. is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can shape clear, attractive, and accessible visual experiences for websites and web-based applications. The role centers on working closely with UI/UX professionals, developers, and business stakeholders to turn branding and communication goals into polished digital interfaces that meet usability and accessibility expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with UI/UX designers, web developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to convert branding and visual communication needs into practical digital solutions.
- Produce engaging, user-focused visuals for websites and web applications.
- Own and maintain the visual design layer for data-heavy web platforms and enterprise systems.
- Create responsive layouts that work well on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
- Ensure design output aligns with or surpasses WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
- Build interfaces that behave consistently across browsers, operating systems, and device categories.
- Design easy-to-use administrative dashboards and backend screens for internal teams.
- Carry out usability assessments, user testing, and design evaluations to refine user experience and product quality.
- Prepare wireframes, mockups, prototypes, style systems, and other visual assets that support development work.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to make sure design intent is implemented accurately.
- Apply established best practices in usability, accessibility, branding, and visual communication.
- Join design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and project planning discussions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating visual designs for websites or web-based applications.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience translating brand and communication requirements into effective digital interfaces.
- Ability to design responsive experiences for mobile devices and tablets as well as desktop screens.
- Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform design considerations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Experience designing administrative interfaces or internal dashboards.
- Capability to analyze usability and test designs against performance and accessibility expectations.
