About the role
Kingsley Management is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to join its Marketing team on a 12-month contract. There is a chance the role could be extended or become permanent later on.
This is a newly introduced position created to help with creative design and social media content across Kingsley Management and its wider group of brands. The role focuses on producing polished visual and social assets that stay consistent, creative, and well executed across several brand identities.
You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to deliver effective design and content across digital, social, and print media. A major part of the job involves planning, creating, coordinating, and publishing social content across multiple platforms while keeping the output current, engaging, and aligned with best practices.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys switching between different brands and visual styles, works well in a team, and is comfortable in a busy environment where feedback, revisions, and content production are part of the daily workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Create strong visual assets for digital, social media, email, and web use across multiple brands.
- Rework creative ideas for different channels while preserving brand consistency and adapting to each audience and platform.
- Prepare print-ready materials such as signage, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral, with correct bleed, crop marks, and production specifications.
- Help build and maintain social media content calendars, including scheduling and coordinating posts across various platforms in line with the wider marketing plan.
- Develop social content from concept through creation to publishing across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and current digital content styles, then turn those insights into brand-appropriate creative work.
- Support brand development and help ensure visual consistency across all output.
- Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Turn creative direction into visually compelling storytelling that matches brand guidelines.
- Respond to feedback constructively and make revisions quickly without losing design quality.
- Handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and content coordination.
- A portfolio that clearly shows digital, social, and print design work.
- Experience creating work for multiple brands or adjusting design styles for different audiences is an advantage.
- Good understanding of platform-specific design needs for channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, web, and email.
- Experience preparing print-ready files, including bleeds, crop marks, and production specs.
- Experience managing social media calendars, including post scheduling and coordination across platforms.
- Experience handling the full social content process, from idea development to publication.
- Strong awareness of social media trends, digital aesthetics, and platform-specific content approaches, with the ability to convert trends into on-brand design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, branding, or UI/UX design is considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual communication ability.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback well.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing setting with shifting priorities.

- Dental coverage
- Extended health coverage
