About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who specializes in making data and complex ideas easy to understand through strong visual communication. The role sits within INFUSE Academy, where the focus is on turning dense instructional content into graphics that communicate quickly and clearly.
The ideal candidate can transform a complicated topic into a simple, engaging visual and has a strong instinct for storytelling through design.

What You Will Do
- Convert instructional material into visual ideas, layouts, and storyboards.
- Create static visuals, infographics, and course assets that communicate meaning independently.
- Work closely with instructional designers to identify the strongest visual approach for each learning objective.
- Use AI tools as part of the design workflow to generate ideas, improve speed, and expand creative possibilities.
What You Bring
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A solid grasp of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Practical experience creating data visualizations such as charts, infographics, and diagrams that inform rather than merely decorate.
- A natural ability to identify and express a narrative within data.
- Active interest in AI tools, with a willingness to experiment and co-create with them.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling several projects at once.
Hiring Process
- Your application will be reviewed manually by the recruiting team against the role requirements.
- If shortlisted, you may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, and this may be followed by a test task or short project.
- Selected candidates will then meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel in a live conversation via Zoom or in person; hiring is not done through text message, Telegram, or similar channels.
- If both sides are interested after the live conversation, the company will discuss an offer with you directly.
