About the Company
The company is an applied AI lab focused on creating end-to-end software agents. It develops Devin, described as the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, an AI-native IDE. The broader mission is to build collaborative AI teammates that help engineers spend more time on complex, meaningful work and support teams in taking on bigger ambitions.
The team is intentionally small and highly skilled, with founders and leaders who have experience across competitive programming, startups, and AI-forward companies such as Scale AI, Palantir, Cursor, Waymo, Tesla, Lunchclub, Modal, Google DeepMind, and Nuro.
This role is part of the company’s next stage of growth, supporting the systems and processes behind its revenue engine.
Role Overview
The GTM Operations lead will own the operational framework that supports revenue execution across APAC. The role spans pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, sales performance, and workflow design. You will work closely with GTM leadership to convert business objectives into scalable operating processes, maintain strong data quality across the funnel, and build automations that improve deal execution and predictability.
What You Will Do
- Set up, run, and improve the systems used for opportunity tracking, pipeline cleanliness, forecasting, and renewal processes.
- Take ownership of sales compensation modeling, quota and attainment monitoring, and performance analytics.
- Create automations that recommend next actions, strengthen follow-up behavior, and help deals progress faster.
- Work with GTM and Finance teams on revenue planning and forecast development.
- Oversee integrations across GTM tools and refine the stack as the business grows.
- Maintain accurate CRM and GTM data, including reports, dashboards, and funnel-level reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems within a fast-growing company, with interest in leading sales operations.
- Practical experience managing sales pipeline processes, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale workflows.
- Good technical understanding of CRM and GTM tools, along with strong SQL capability.
- Ability to perform well in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
- Comfort using SQL in day-to-day work.
