About the role
The Inn Collection Group is a highly decorated pubs-with-rooms business based across exceptional destinations in the North of England and Wales. The company focuses on hospitality guided by values of respect, customer focus, warmth, and honesty, with a clear aim of making people happy.
This opening is for Offshore, a freshly refurbished seafront venue in Lytham St Annes. The property combines food, drinks, and accommodation in a coastal setting and includes 99 individually designed rooms.
What you will do
As a Housekeeper, you will help keep guest rooms and shared spaces spotless, comfortable, and ready for every arrival. You will be part of a housekeeping team that plays a major part in delivering a consistently high standard of guest experience.
The role calls for someone who is approachable, calm when things are busy, and able to respond quickly to guest needs while working well with colleagues.
- Clean guest rooms in line with the company’s standards.
- Keep public areas tidy, presentable, and inviting.
- Report maintenance concerns as soon as they are noticed.
- Follow all relevant safety and hygiene procedures.
- Manage linen, towel, and room-supply stocks efficiently.
- Help ensure every guest has a memorable and comfortable stay.
