Role summary

Key responsibilities

  • Own HR operations across the full employee journey, from joining formalities through exit-related processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation in a smooth and timely manner.

  • Use HR platforms extensively; experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or a B.Sc. in Maths/Statistics, or a B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical & Electronics.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
  • Practical experience using HRMS systems; SuccessFactors exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and with integrity.
