  • Support the handling and upkeep of personnel files and related requests in a timely manner
  • Provide responsive customer service by helping users resolve questions and system issues
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and rollout of new modules and features
  • Train HR team members and end users on system use and best practices
  • Help ensure employee data handling follows internal policies and legal requirements
  • Perform routine audits to confirm the accuracy and integrity of HRIS records
  • Look for ways to automate HR processes and streamline workflows
  • Administer user access, permissions, and system security
  • Support connections between UKG and other business systems such as payroll and timekeeping
