Role summary

In this position, you will support both employees and managers across the business while continuing to grow your HR capability within a professional, collaborative team. The role suits an established HR Advisor as well as someone in an HR Officer or operational people role who is ready to move into a broader advisory position.

Key responsibilities

• Offer practical and prompt HR guidance that is solution-oriented.
• Assist managers with employee relations issues and performance management processes.
• Support recruitment activity and workforce planning.
• Help manage and administer the organisation’s online learning management system.
• Coordinate work health and safety activities, including training and return-to-work support.
• Help ensure compliance with Fair Work requirements and applicable awards.
