Role Overview
The company is hiring a senior IMOS Business Analyst with solid commodities trading experience to help implement, improve, and refine the IMOS platform. In this position, you will serve as the link between front-office functions, operations, and risk teams so that IMOS solutions are aligned with commercial workflows and trading objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders from trading, operations, risk, finance, and logistics.
- Convert business needs into detailed functional documentation for IMOS configuration and development.
- Contribute to IMOS implementation projects, system upgrades, and platform enhancement work.
- Set up IMOS modules covering trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and profit-and-loss reporting.
- Map, review, and document the full trade lifecycle, ideally for physical commodities workflows.
- Assist with user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and tracking defects.
- Partner with developers and integration specialists to support interfaces with ERP, risk, and market data systems.
- Support the business after go-live and recommend ongoing process and system improvements.
Requirements
The candidate should bring strong IMOS business analysis experience and a clear understanding of commodities trading processes. Prior involvement in implementation or enhancement projects is important, along with the ability to work across business and technology teams. Experience with physical commodity trade lifecycles, UAT, functional specification writing, and system integrations will be valuable.

The position is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Singapore, Singapore. The role is intended for a senior profile and may be considered across any of the company’s office locations.
