Role overview
This apprenticeship is designed to help support the daily running of investment operations, with involvement in trade confirmations, settlements, processing, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data and records within ROSA, the firm’s accounting platform.
- Follow operational controls, risk procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, front office, and external service providers to resolve issues and queries.
- Build knowledge of investment products, systems, and operational workflows.
- Support process improvement work while developing organisational and analytical capability.

- Positive attitude and a clear willingness to learn.
Apprenticeship details
The programme leads to a Level 3 Financial Services Administrator qualification.
Programme length is 15 months in total, made up of 12 months of training followed by a 3-month apprenticeship assessment period.
Assessment is based on a project and presentation, plus a portfolio-based interview.
