Role Overview
JK Technology is hiring a part-time IT Assistant to support on-site IT equipment verification and related operational tasks at customer locations across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and confirm the condition of IT peripherals directly at customer premises.
- Remove hard drives and securely erase laptop data.
- Pack items that need to be returned and prepare them for transfer to the main office.
- Maintain daily logs and share updates with the management team.
- Handle additional ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Working Arrangement
This is an on-site role with deployment-based assignments. Work locations may vary anywhere within Singapore.
The role requires availability for at least 4 days each week during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:30pm.
Candidate Profile
Applicants with basic knowledge of IT hardware are encouraged to apply. The company is looking for someone who can work independently, pays close attention to detail, and can commit on a long-term part-time basis.
This opportunity is especially suitable for candidates studying part-time diploma or degree programmes at night who can still be available during standard office hours.
