Role overview
We are hiring an IT Support Executive to support the Dubai office in the UAE. This role is focused on keeping end-user systems, Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, security tools, and core infrastructure running reliably across locations.
What you will handle
- Deliver first- and second-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance settings, configuration profiles, and app rollout.
- Look after Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), multi-factor authentication, mailboxes, and group administration.
- Configure and monitor firewalls, VPN connections, web filtering, security policies, and network access controls.
- Track security warnings, analyze incidents, and work with SOC teams on detection and response activities.
- Manage print systems, including queues, secure printing, policies, and troubleshooting printer issues.
- Support VMware vSphere/ESXi environments and related operations.
- Carry out patching and vulnerability fixes using Intune, third-party Windows Update for Business solutions, and security tools.
- Oversee endpoint protection, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, EDR, and compliance status.
- Support Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and general network troubleshooting.
- Check backup jobs and assist with disaster recovery processes.
- Keep IT asset records, documentation, and ITSM ticket updates accurate and current.
- Coordinate with vendors and provide support to users across the region.
- Assist with cybersecurity audits, compliance needs, and security incident handling.
Experience expected
The position calls for 5 to 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support. Practical exposure to Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VMware, firewall administration, and endpoint management is required.
