What you will do

• Handle technical support requests remotely through email, chat, phone, and ticketing platforms.
• Investigate and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and internet or network connectivity.
• Help users with account creation, password resets, and access-related requests.
• Assist with software deployment, device setup, and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Keep incident records and resolution notes accurate and up to date.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Contribute to support documentation, knowledge articles, and operating procedures.

What we are looking for

The ideal applicant will have a basic grasp of computer hardware, operating systems, and everyday office software. Exposure to Windows or macOS, Microsoft 365, remote access tools, and networking basics is preferred. Clear communication, strong troubleshooting ability, and a customer-first attitude are important. Prior experience in customer service, help desk work, technical support, or relevant IT studies is helpful, though not mandatory.
