Role Overview

This position is for a manual IVR tester based in Chennai, specifically at Sipcot IT Park, Siruseri, with remote working mode. The role centers on testing IVR call flows and contact center applications, identifying issues, and supporting end-to-end quality validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Study requirements and turn them into clear test cases.
• Carry out hands-on testing of IVR call flows, routing paths, and audio prompts.
• Run system, integration, and regression test cycles.
• Record defects and follow them through resolution.
• Check backend data with basic SQL queries.
• Prepare test summaries and assist during user acceptance testing.

Required Profile

The role calls for around 4 years of manual testing experience, specifically in IVR environments. Candidates should understand IVR platforms and contact center technologies at a basic level, and be comfortable using Azure DevOps or a similar defect/test management tool. Familiarity with web services testing and foundational SQL knowledge is also needed.

Preferred Exposure

Experience with Cyara and prior exposure to Dialogflow will be an advantage.
