What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out boxing-in of pipework and installing bath panels
Completing bathroom fitting and refurbishment tasks
Handling general joinery maintenance and upgrade work within occupied homes
Delivering work to a consistently high finish and within set deadlines
Following site health and safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For

A valid CSCS card
Certification in manual handling
Training in working at heights
Asbestos awareness training
Previous experience in social housing, voids, repair work, or refurbishment projects
Your own hand and power tools
Access to your own transport
Confidence to work without close supervision and organise your workload well
A sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on quality

What’s Offered

Hourly pay between £23.00 and £24.00
39-hour weekly schedule
