This role is for an experienced joiner to support a respected social housing contractor working across Bedlington and nearby areas, including Newcastle and Gateshead. The position offers ongoing, long-term work on a busy housing contract focused on kitchen, bathroom, and rewire-related projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out boxing-in of pipework and installing bath panels
- Completing bathroom fitting and refurbishment tasks
- Handling general joinery maintenance and upgrade work within occupied homes
- Delivering work to a consistently high finish and within set deadlines
- Following site health and safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- A valid CSCS card
- Certification in manual handling
- Training in working at heights
- Asbestos awareness training
- Previous experience in social housing, voids, repair work, or refurbishment projects
- Your own hand and power tools
- Access to your own transport
- Confidence to work without close supervision and organise your workload well
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
