This role collaborates closely with other team members, and consultants to produce high-quality design solutions that meet client objectives, technical requirements, and firm standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, buildable documents.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to architectural design throughout all project phases.Develop design drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for internal reviews and client meetingsCoordinate with Project Managers to ensure designs align with scope, budget, schedule, and client expectationsAssist with consultant coordination (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, etc.), as required.Prepare and refine architectural drawings and details in accordance with firm standards and applicable zoning and building codesSupport code research, zoning analysis, and site studiesRevise drawings based on client feedback, consultant input, and review commentsParticipate in design charrettes, team meetings, and internal critiquesRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field[3–5] years of experience in an architectural firmProficiency in design and documentation software, such as: Revit; AutoCAD; SketchUp, Rhino, or similar; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong understanding of architectural graphic standards and design principlesWorking knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailingStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, deadline-driven environmentCore CompetenciesExperience with BIM workflows and coordinationFamiliarity with rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, etc.)Progress toward architectural licensure preferred but not required.Design creativity and problem-solvingAttention to detail and organizationAbility to accept and incorporate feedbackTime management and adaptabilityTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive attitudeMHS Architects | [email protected] mention the word **RECONCILIATION** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MWMxODo4ODc5Ojox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MWMxODo4ODc5Ojox).
