Frankie & Benny's, part of The Restaurant Group (TRG), is hiring a Kitchen Porter for its Bristol location. This role sits within a large UK hospitality group operating close to 300 restaurants and pub restaurants nationwide, including airport concessions, wagamama, and Barburrito.

What the job involves

You will help keep the kitchen running to a high standard by supporting the delivery of well-presented food and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient back-of-house environment. The focus is on upholding quality, spotting ways to improve, and contributing to dishes that encourage guests to return.

Working pattern

This position is based onsite in Bristol, England, United Kingdom. It is a hospitality role with flexible shift timing, and airport shifts may begin as early as 3:00 am. Early starts are balanced by earlier finishes.

Candidate profile

TRG is looking for someone who can stay positive and deliver strong service even in a busy airport setting. Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a trainee kitchen role is preferred, along with flexibility around shift times.
