Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness for all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, ensuring they are perfectly clean and readily available throughout service.
• Provide comprehensive support to both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Contribute to the overall presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant, adhering to company policies, processes, and guidelines to maintain a high standard at all times.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, including corners and cupboards, are kept meticulously clean and organized.
• Demonstrate a passion for our food and gain a thorough understanding of the menu.
