Tortilla Mexican Grill plc is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for its Belfast location. This is a permanent position, with both full-time and part-time working options available. The role offers pay of up to £14.21 per hour, with wages issued every two weeks.

What the Role Involves

The Kitchen Supervisor will work behind the scenes to support the preparation of Tortilla’s fillings, toppings, and signature recipes, helping ensure guests receive fresh, high-quality food every time.

Candidate Profile

Tortilla is looking for someone who is eager to keep learning, strongly aligned with its fresh-food approach, and committed to serving the best possible ingredients. Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop, contract catering setting, or fast food chain as a Team Leader or Shift Leader would be beneficial.
