Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will already have chemistry testing experience, although additional support may be provided to help develop further capability.

  • A degree in Chemistry, or a qualification of similar level, is preferred.
  • Experience in an ISO17025 laboratory and dairy testing is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Hands-on exposure to at least two analytical instruments such as HPLC, GD-FID, LCMS-MS, or ICP-MS.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Power Suite and LIMs.
  • Proven ability to stay productive under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
