About the Role
This position sits on the GTM Enablement team and is built for a learning professional who approaches enablement as a performance lever rather than conventional training alone. The ideal candidate brings an AI-first mindset and uses experimentation, rapid prototyping, and practical design thinking to build learning experiences that people can apply directly on the job.
The role will be based in one of the following cities: San Francisco, New York, Omaha, Sunnyvale, or Chicago. The work model is hybrid, combining time at home with days in a LinkedIn office as determined by team needs.
LinkedIn is focused on creating economic opportunity, fostering growth for employees, and building a culture rooted in trust, care, inclusion, and fun.
What You’ll Do
- Create modern learning experiences using AI-assisted methods, including microlearning, simulations, games, and performance support tools.
- Build and refine solutions quickly, then expand proven approaches across the broader GTME organization.
- Turn business objectives and learner needs into enablement programs that deliver measurable results.
- Weave learning into day-to-day work through just-in-time support, guidance, and job aids.
- Use tools such as Articulate 360, Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms to speed up development and personalize content.
- Decide strategically when to repurpose existing materials and when new assets should be created.
- Track learning outcomes, collect feedback, and use the findings to improve future experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to set priorities and co-develop solutions.
- Design content that is accessible, easy to use, and reusable across programs and audiences.
- Keep exploring emerging AI workflows and technologies that improve speed, quality, engagement, and business impact.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in enablement, learning design, instructional design, game design, interactive experience design, or a related area in a fast-moving environment.
- Practical experience using AI platforms, content tools, authoring tools, or interactive technologies such as Articulate 360, Copilot, Gemini, or similar solutions.
- Experience producing and editing multimedia assets such as video, audio, graphics, interactive elements, or digital learning materials.
- Ability to independently take complex learning or interactive projects from concept through launch.
- Experience building games, simulations, or other engagement-focused digital experiences is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
- Strong curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset with interest in experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and work well across teams.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and shifting priorities when needed.
- Interest in accessible, user-centered learning experiences that support real-world performance.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $71,000 to $115,000 per year. Final compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience depth, certifications, and location. The package may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other incentive compensation.
Equal Opportunity and Accommodation
LinkedIn is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, sex, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected status.
The company is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring experience for candidates with disabilities. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for job searching, applying, or interviewing. Examples include materials in alternative formats or read aloud, accessible interview locations, a service dog, or a sign language interpreter.
