About The Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join their team in Tabuk, Amaala, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests in recreational water areas. Responsibilities

  • Implement appropriate rescue techniques when observing swimmers in distress.
  • Monitor swimming areas for potential hazards, unsafe activities, and guests who may be struggling.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
  • Identify situations where guests may be at risk and report them to supervisors.
  • Provide immediate assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
  • Contribute to a positive and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pool decks, including folding and stacking towels.
  • Perform regular cleaning duties such as washing and mopping pool decks.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions promptly to management.
  • Complete all required safety training and certifications.
