About the Role
Dynacare is hiring a Mail Room Clerk to support its Transportation team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a permanent, full-time position with at least 40 hours per week. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and includes benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Process and sort outgoing mail and update the postage meter as needed.
- Separate and organize internal and external mail accurately.
- Handle reports, memos, and client notices so they reach the right client or location on time.
- Sort a variety of reports, including Physician, Histology, Cytology, ECG, MOH, and Billing documents.
- Prepare reports in the correct envelopes for courier pickup and delivery.
- Print address labels and place them on envelopes when required.
- Route reports for copy doctors and clients who do not have mail slots.
- Use digital mailing equipment to apply postage to outgoing items.
- Stamp outgoing mail with the correct postage, including items for independent physicians and copy-to physicians.
- Follow WHMIS requirements and company safety procedures at all times.
- Take on additional general and housekeeping tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
What You Need
- A high school diploma.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Basic computer and keyboarding ability.
- Good visual attention and a strong eye for detail.
- Consistency in maintaining accurate records and processes.
- Comfort working with limited supervision and contributing to a team.
- Ability to complete repetitive work carefully and with few errors.
- Commitment to protecting confidential employee information.
Working Conditions and Checks
- Ability to lift and carry between 5 and 10 lbs.
- Comfort standing and working on your feet for long periods.
- Work takes place in a busy area with exposure to odors and temperature changes.
- Employment is conditional on a satisfactory criminal background verification and clear driver abstract.
- A current Criminal Records Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check, is also required.
- These checks must be current, meaning completed within six months before the start date.
- The successful candidate is responsible for any related service charges.
