Role Overview
In this role, you will support production activities at the customer site as part of a varied project environment. You will act as a key link between production-related functions and help ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted production flow at the customer’s site within a diverse project setup.
- Serve as the interface between production planning, logistics, quality, and engineering teams.
- Support quality assurance in line with aerospace-specific standards.
- Evaluate and improve processes using lean methods, MTM, 5S, continuous improvement practices, and shopfloor management approaches.
Requirements
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- Experience in a production environment or on the shop floor.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including the ability to analyze damage or production issues in a systematic and solution-oriented way, or prior experience planning and implementing production processes.
- Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis methods such as 3C, 5 Why, and 8D.
- Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility directly in a shopfloor setting.
- Confident communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
