Aljomaih Can Manufacturing Plant in Riyadh is looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Manager to oversee plant operations and guide the production function. The role focuses on improving efficiency, lifting productivity, lowering manufacturing expense, and maintaining strong standards for safety, quality, and overall operational output.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production activities across the manufacturing plant.
• Identify and implement improvements that streamline operations and raise efficiency.
• Work to reduce manufacturing costs while protecting quality and output standards.
• Support higher productivity through better planning, coordination, and execution.
• Maintain a safe working environment and uphold quality expectations across the plant.

Requirements

• An engineering degree is required.
• Applicants should bring solid manufacturing leadership experience.
• Prior experience in beverage can manufacturing is mandatory.
• A strong track record in production management, operational efficiency, and cost control is expected.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience leading large manufacturing teams, preferably in 2-piece beverage cans or ends.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
