About the Role

This position is centered on running branded content campaigns from the first brief through to final delivery. You will act as the main owner for each project, coordinating across teams and partners to make sure work is completed on schedule, stays within budget, and follows internal procedures carefully.

Strategic Solutioning and Client Engagement

  • Work with sales teams, clients, and agencies to understand brand needs and design media solutions tailored to marketing, communication, and business goals.
  • Help shape and pitch creative concepts for newer content formats, impact-driven shows, events, and branded content programs.
  • Build polished presentations, AVs, microsites, and go-to-market materials quickly to support revenue teams.

Project and Campaign Execution

  • Take ownership of branded content projects and marketing plans from start to finish, ensuring all outputs, including digital assets and TV production components, meet high quality standards.
  • Lead the execution of marketing plans for branded content initiatives and ensure all assets are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with the events team for on-ground campaign execution, including venue selection and production of marketing collateral.
  • Maintain a monthly activity tracker to monitor milestones from initial brief to final handover.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary link between Sales, Editorial, Content, TV Production, and Finance so that project operations remain smooth and well-managed.
  • Handle coordination with creative, media, and digital agencies to drive campaign rollouts and meet defined KPIs.
  • Oversee internal and external communication to ensure all messaging supports the intended project outcomes.

Operational and Financial Management

  • Own project P&L responsibility, including budget tracking and cost negotiations to improve efficiency.
  • Source, brief, and manage vendors and partners while ensuring strong delivery quality and fast turnaround.
  • Monitor execution against internal workflows and compliance expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing and branding across both traditional channels and modern digital and social media formats.
  • Understanding of the media industry and audience behavior.
  • Capability to lead teams and manage people effectively.
  • Strong strategic planning skills for campaign development.
  • Solid foundation in event management.
