Middle Project Manager

This position is for a Middle Project Manager with solid experience in project delivery and process rollout. The role focuses on building and launching internal systems and business processes. You should be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders, and able to balance analytical thinking with people-oriented collaboration.

Hiring process

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full internal project journey, from gathering requirements to delivering the solution and embedding the process.
• Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to uncover needs, challenge assumptions, and convert findings into clear project requirements.
• Act as the connection point between business teams and technical teams so expectations stay aligned throughout delivery.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and define practical mitigation plans.
• Drive the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into current business operations.
• Support change management efforts by adapting to shifting priorities, requirements, and business needs while keeping execution on track.
• Measure project performance and key metrics to ensure delivery supports business goals.
• Gather and interpret data to guide decisions and shape proposed solutions.
• Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and close efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Practical experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across both business and technical groups.
• A data-led approach to making decisions.
• Exposure to AI, or experience introducing AI into products or business processes.
• Well-developed organizational and delivery skills, with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
