The opportunity and its purpose

As a Partner Development Representative, you will be the first person new partners speak with and represent the Xero brand in that initial interaction. Your work will be central to qualifying prospects and helping accountants and bookkeepers join the Partner Program, creating a positive first impression of the platform.

The position also contributes to Xero’s growth into new market segments by building outbound pipeline and helping organise sales events. By identifying the right decision-makers and carrying out detailed discovery conversations, you will help set up lasting success and support small businesses in becoming more efficient every day.

Team environment

You will join a collaborative sales group that drives growth through a combination of inbound and outbound prospecting. The team works closely to improve lead-generation approaches and to ensure a smooth transition of qualified prospects to Account Executives, while maintaining a high level of service for partner firms.
