About the role

Smukti is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to help grow and manage relationships with retreat leaders, yoga teachers, wellness coaches, and pilgrimage facilitators. This role focuses on identifying suitable international partners, starting thoughtful conversations, guiding prospects through the onboarding process, and supporting them until a retreat is confirmed.

What you'll do

  • Find and research international retreat leaders, yoga instructors, wellness practitioners, and pilgrimage hosts across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, email newsletters, retreat marketplaces like Retreat Guru, BookRetreats, Insight Timer, and podcast communities.
  • Create and keep an organised pipeline of prospects based on niche, audience size, and readiness to host in India.
  • Reach out with personalised messages by email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Follow up regularly while keeping the tone relationship-driven rather than aggressive.
  • Handle inbound queries from the website host signup form and direct messages within the expected response time.
  • Assess leads based on group size, retreat concept, budget, and timing.
  • Move qualified prospects from first contact through to a signed SLA.
  • Explain Smukti's hosting model clearly, including net rates, complimentary spots, SLA structure, and the Dhost experience.
  • Support retreat leaders through the SLA signing flow.
  • Work with the operations team to prepare an initial itinerary and quote that makes it easier for partners to sign.
  • Collect the inventory lock deposit to secure the retreat.
