Role overview

This position is for a Polier based in Halle (Saale). The hiring company is a certified personnel and labor placement agency located in the Bitterfeld-Wolfen chemical park. Key responsibilities

The role centers on the execution of track construction work, with a strong focus on non-federal railway lines and maintenance activities. You will also be responsible for planning capacity and deployment together with an experienced core team.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should have knowledge of relevant construction contract law and be confident using standard MS 365 tools as well as estimating and billing software. Strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment are important. Prior experience in connection track construction is required, and the profile is rounded out by a completed civil engineering degree or an equivalent qualification.
