About the company

Cars24 is a fast-growing business in the pre-owned vehicle space that is reshaping how customers buy, own, and service cars. Having established a strong base in India and expanded into the UAE and Australia, the company focuses on innovation, customer convenience, and a more modern way of working. Its success is driven by a motivated team that operates with purpose and a high standard of execution.

They are hiring in the UAE to support continued growth and to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.

Role overview

This position is responsible for managing a wide range of government, vehicle, and business compliance tasks in the UAE. The role involves working closely with authorities, service providers, and internal teams to keep vehicle files, company documentation, and employee-related processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the full cycle of vehicle registration, renewals, and transfer of ownership with the appropriate authorities.
  • Support lease-to-own paperwork, including lease/mortgage notation registration and completion of final ownership transfer.
  • Coordinate Salik tagging, number plate issuance or replacement, and vehicle release or clearance certificates.
  • Manage vehicle inspection, passing, deregistration, and export-related procedures whenever needed.
  • Work with Dubai Police, traffic departments, insurance companies, and finance partners to ensure vehicle documentation moves forward without delays.
  • Handle trade license renewals and amendments, as well as establishment card, Chamber of Commerce, and Ejari updates.
  • Carry out staff visa, labour, and Emirates ID transactions in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Keep detailed trackers for expiry dates, renewals, and compliance records.
  • Maintain effective relationships with government offices, typing centres, and other external service providers.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should have 3 to 5 years of UAE PRO experience, with direct exposure to RTA vehicle registration and other government-related procedures. A strong understanding of UAE labour, immigration, licensing, and authority processes is essential. The role requires frequent travel, so a valid UAE driving license is mandatory. A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement, while a bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage. The candidate should be highly organized, accurate, able to juggle multiple priorities, and confident in communication and stakeholder follow-up.

Compensation and benefits

Remuneration will be aligned with current market standards. Benefits will follow the usual regional norms. The company also offers a work culture that encourages idea-sharing, continuous learning, and professional growth, along with the chance to collaborate with experienced industry professionals.
