Role Overview
This position is for a Process Associate focused on invoice verification. The role calls for strong attention to detail, comfort with accounting-related tasks, and readiness to work night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Carry out invoice checking and related verification work with accuracy.
- Use Excel and Word regularly for day-to-day processing tasks.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge while handling invoice-related records.
- Work with Tally for accounting or verification support, where needed.
- Be prepared to operate in the night shift schedule.
Requirements
- Prior experience in invoice verification or a similar function will be considered an advantage.
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Computers, or MBA-Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word is expected.
- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and Tally is required.
- Willingness to work night shifts is necessary for this role.
