We are seeking a Product Integrator for the ISG domain with strong hands-on expertise in Veeva. Experience

The role calls for 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Veeva product integration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end integration of Veeva products with internal systems to keep operations running smoothly.
• Design and implement integration approaches that support overall business goals.
• Offer technical direction to cross-functional teams to improve product outcomes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand integration needs and convert them into workable solutions.
• Make sure integration activities follow established industry standards and good practices.
• Track solution performance and refine it whenever needed to improve results.
• Prepare and update detailed documentation for integration methods and procedures.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams so integration objectives are clearly understood.
• Investigate and fix integration-related issues quickly to protect system stability.
• Support ongoing process improvements through reviews, feedback, and refinements.
• Help create training content and deliver training sessions on integration workflows.
• Keep up with evolving tools, trends, and technologies relevant to the integration space.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to ensure outside systems and services integrate properly.

Additional information

This is a day-shift role. Travel is not required. The position is identified as Product Integrator (ISG) [65SG02]. Primary work location is INTNCHNA10 (ITIND MEPZ (TBM) SDB 1 -4 SEZ), with no alternate location specified.

Certifications
