• Attend weekly construction site visits with the team to review progress, address issues quickly, and confirm the work matches the design intent.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product selection is essential, including guiding clients through finishes such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, cabinets, paint, tile, and related items.
• Ability to document project plans and specifications clearly.
• Background in residential design-build work, supported by a portfolio that shows both creative thinking and technical skill.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Chief Architect, or comparable design software.
• Solid drafting ability with the capacity to create precise technical drawings and presentation materials.
• Good understanding of project development practices and strong communication skills for client-facing work.
• Comfort managing several projects at once while staying organized and detail-focused across long-planned milestones.
• Additional preference will be given to candidates with experience creating schematic designs and detailed construction drawings for interior spaces.
