The organization is hiring a Project Manager in Dubai to own the rollout and continuous improvement of Monday.com for project planning, coordination, and collaboration. The role also includes supporting account management, checking client briefs for completeness, coordinating billing activities, gathering requirements for data visualization work, and keeping teams aligned so projects are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

The position focuses on improving how projects are tracked, briefed, billed, and executed across teams. It also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and clients to keep work moving efficiently and clearly documented.

• Set up, launch, and refine Monday.com so it fits the agency’s workflows and strengthens collaboration across teams.
• Train colleagues and provide ongoing support so the platform is used effectively for tracking, reporting, and project visibility.
• Review incoming client briefs and confirm that all needed details are present before work begins.
• Track billing across teams to help ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with project budgets and schedules.
• Support billing sheet maintenance, cost quotation preparation, correct mapping of billing entities and purchase orders, and completion of final invoice approvals.
• Work with clients and internal teams to collect and document requirements for data visualization projects, making sure priorities and expectations are clearly captured.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress so all teams stay synchronized and projects stay on track.

Additional information

The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Experience with data visualization projects would be an advantage.

Qualifications
