Role overview
As a Quality Analyst, you will help strengthen product quality and operational productivity across the site. The role focuses on monitoring, improving and standardizing quality-related processes while supporting systems and tools used in the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure product quality remains high and support ongoing improvements in productivity across all levels.
- Introduce, monitor, refine and standardize quality process checks on equipment and machinery.
- Develop and further improve quality management systems.
- Track achievement of quality KPIs and prepare reporting.
- Support the MOS framework by using the related tools and systems.
Candidate profile
The company is looking for someone who has worked in a hands-on production environment and can contribute to quality, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication skills, ownership and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Requirements
- Completed degree in food technology or production engineering.
- Professional experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in food production.
- Background in digitalization, automation, continuous improvement and quality management.
- Good computer skills, especially with MS Office.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong team spirit, initiative and very good communication abilities.

Additional information
Location: Bremen-Hemelingen, Bremen, Germany
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours.
Contract duration: 12 months.
Start date: Immediately.
