Role overview

Inizio Engage partners with a major biotechnology company across commercial, patient solutions, and medical affairs work. The organization is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee a territory team of field-based Clinical Educators who support healthcare professionals in a focused disease area. This position centers on day-to-day execution, people management, compliance, and delivering regional performance targets.

As the Regional Manager, you will represent a leading biotechnology client while guiding a high-performing field organization. The role combines operational leadership, coaching, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

• Oversee daily activity and workflow for an assigned group of Clinical Educators.
• Use strong judgment to handle operational, compliance, and team leadership responsibilities.
• Drive the region to meet or surpass all program KPIs.
• Review regional results through both data and field observations.
• Support delivery of contractual program commitments.
• Work confidently with program technology such as CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Check, refine, and approve regional reports, spreadsheets, and communications before they are shared.
• Carry out regular field visits and document coaching through field coaching reports.
• Coach direct reports consistently and support their development and performance improvement.
• Share program changes, enhancements, and organizational updates in a clear way.
• Make sure team members have the tools, systems, and resources they need to succeed.
• Work with leadership on client and internal meetings and contribute practical solutions and insights.
• Track roster updates such as launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational shifts.
• Step into leadership coverage when required during planned or unplanned absences.
• Use financial and operational information to support decisions and manage costs.
• Travel within the assigned region as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

What the role requires

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience; a BSN is preferred.
• An active RN or RT license.
• Two to three years of experience in field leadership or supervisory management.
• Background in hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Preferred experience in clinical education supporting healthcare professionals.
• Preferred exposure to a defined disease state or specialty area.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organization and analytical thinking.
• Ability to interpret and apply performance and financial data.
• Residence within 60 minutes of a major airport.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $195,000 per year. The final offer depends on factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business requirements.
