About the Role
This position is for a Relationship Manager in the field sales function, covering Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore. The role is suited for an enthusiastic, target-focused professional who enjoys meeting customers directly, selling insurance products, and building long-term client relationships. The opportunity also includes a strong incentive structure for high performers.
What You Will Do
- Identify new prospects and connect with customers in the assigned territory.
- Explain and sell insurance products while working toward monthly revenue and sales goals.
- Create trust-based relationships and keep in touch with customers through regular follow-up.
- Recommend financial solutions that match each customer’s needs and situation.
- Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
Role Expectations
- This is a customer-facing field sales position that involves in-person meetings and consultative selling.
- The work schedule is 6 days a week.
- There is one fixed weekly off, scheduled between Monday and Friday; weekends are not off days.
- Daily travel in the field may range from 50 to 100 km within the allotted area.
- A minimum of 3 successful customer meetings per day is expected, depending on lead availability.
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred for easier mobility.
- You should be comfortable using a smartphone, GPS navigation, and the company’s mobile applications.
