About the RoleThis position sits within rural banking and is centered on the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) segment. The role is responsible for bringing in new customers, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and delivering a high standard of service. It works in coordination with product and operations teams to support acquisition, servicing, and portfolio expansion.
