What you will do
- Plan staffing and shift coverage so work schedules are met effectively.
- Order and manage food items along with kitchen supplies as needed.
- Oversee team members responsible for preparing and portioning food.
- Check that food quality and service delivery follow required standards.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Keep accurate records related to inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Monitor and verify tray assembly for consistency and correctness.
- Create and maintain work schedules for the team.
Education and experience
A secondary school graduation certificate is required. Applicants should have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
