Role Overview

Kripashree is seeking a full-time Retail Merchandiser for its Patna location. This onsite position focuses on presenting jewelry collections in a visually appealing way, keeping displays consistent with brand standards, and supporting the store’s commercial goals through effective merchandising.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and arrange jewelry displays so products are showcased attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
• Track stock movement and keep an eye on inventory availability.
• Work with sales associates to place products effectively within the store.
• Refresh displays to reflect promotions, new product launches, and seasonal themes.
• Review product performance and help refine assortment decisions to support sales.
• Maintain correct product labels and pricing across the store.
• Coordinate with store leadership to improve the customer experience.
• Help ensure the store remains clean and visually well-maintained.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities for working with shoppers and team members.
• Background in retail and sales to support merchandising and in-store selling.
• Exposure to sales and marketing activities to assist with promotions and product visibility.
• Careful attention to detail, especially for presentation, inventory checks, and pricing accuracy.
• Comfort working onsite in Patna, including weekends and busy retail hours when needed.
• Prior experience in the jewelry segment is required.
• Basic numerical and computer skills for stock updates and reporting.
