Role overviewThis position is for a retail sales professional at Croma in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate is also expected to help resolve complaints, coordinate post-sale commitments, and participate in training and staff meetings.Operational expectationsThe sales executive is expected to greet customers approaching within a 10-foot radius, ensure guest sales practices are followed in every interaction, make effective use of slower periods for learning, and work with the service desk or store manager when customer issues need escalation or closure.Additional informationThe job also calls for familiarity with emergency procedures and a consistent focus on customer rapport, follow-up, and timely closure of commitments such as installation, repair, and free gift coordination.
