Position Overview
Treffer GbR „Der Postwirt“ in Kipfenberg is looking for a reception team member who will serve as the main point of contact for guests and help keep front-desk operations running smoothly in a hotel and restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle their arrival and check-in process.
- Manage room reservations and booking requests.
- Respond to guest questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain guest records and take care of invoicing tasks.
- Arrange excursions and book restaurant tables for guests.
- Assist with the organization and execution of events.
Requirements
- Completed training in hospitality or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
- Confident use of standard hotel management software.
- Strong command of German and good English skills.
- Clear communication style and a friendly, professional manner.
- Good organizational ability and resilience under pressure.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
