Risk Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

This contract role is for a remote Risk Intelligence Analyst who will help build and evaluate structured assessment frameworks for AI outputs focused on risk, crisis response, and business continuity. The position centers on turning complex operational judgment into clear rubrics, benchmarks, and evaluation tasks that support model training and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed reasoning rubrics for reviewing AI responses related to risk intelligence and crisis handling.
• Assess scenarios and datasets to uncover possible threats and judge their effect on global operations.
• Build advanced benchmark tasks for AI training that reflect established practices in risk assessment and incident response.
• Work with internal stakeholders to make sure the rubrics fit enterprise processes in HR, security, and communications.
• Deliver clear written and spoken feedback that strengthens model performance and improves rubric quality.
• Review crisis-management cases and support multi-step response planning to protect operational continuity.

Requirements

• Experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain nuanced reasoning in a clear way.
• Comfort making decisions in uncertain situations and designing practical multi-stage response plans.
• Working knowledge of organizational processes across HR, security, and communications teams.
• Hands-on experience creating, documenting, and assessing structured rubrics or evaluation frameworks.
• Strong analytical ability and close attention to detail when interpreting data and insights.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $40 to $70 per hour.
