Role Overview
Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an experienced Rolex Watchmaker for its Newcastle workshop. In this position, you will contribute directly to the company’s luxury client experience by delivering consistently high-quality watch repair and servicing across prestigious brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the workshop team, you’ll be expected to uphold the standards of a premium brand environment, work collaboratively with colleagues, and help ensure every client interaction reflects exceptional service and craftsmanship.
About You
- You have a strong background in servicing and repairing high-end watches.
- You hold Rolex accreditation at eLevel30 or higher.
- You understand the commercial side of the business and work with that in mind.
- You work well as part of a team.
- You can organise, prioritise, and manage your own workload effectively.
- You adapt quickly when priorities or circumstances change.
- You are self-driven, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
