About the Role

Platypus Shoes is seeking a motivated retail team member to join the Rotorua store. In this position, you will assist the management team in delivering strong sales results, maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations, and contributing to the overall success of the location.

• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and delivering day-to-day operational excellence.
• Create a memorable and high-quality shopping experience for customers.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-moving, energetic retail environment.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and help drive the store’s performance.
