Program Overview
This opportunity is part of Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program. It is intended for graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience and includes job rotations, mentorship, coaching, and training to support early-career development.
Role Summary
The Sales Engineer will combine technical knowledge with customer-facing sales support. The role involves presenting solutions, understanding client needs, explaining product capabilities, and helping drive new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present presentations for both prospective and current customers.
- Support the explanation of technical elements in proposals and bids so they align with customer goals and needs.
- Work toward or surpass sales targets while also identifying fresh business prospects and lead opportunities.
- Interact with customers to understand technical requirements, share product details, and respond to technical questions.
- Carry out site visits and technical evaluations to assess customer environments and show how the product fits their needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the full product range, including features, advantages, and technical specifications.
- Keep track of market developments, competitor offerings, and new technologies, and use that awareness to provide informed recommendations.
- Share regular progress updates with the sales manager on sales activity, technical issues, and customer engagements.
- Develop and preserve strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and trust.
- Respond quickly to technical concerns and resolve issues in a way that supports a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Strong English language proficiency.
