Role Summary

This position is centered on keeping multiple product teams moving efficiently while avoiding unnecessary strain on the team. You will work across three groups — Client App, DevOps/Server, and Design — to support agile routines, maintain backlog quality, and help direct production issues to the right owners. The role is hands-on and operational rather than that of a senior agile coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives across the pods.
• Keep the Shortcut backlog well structured by collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure tickets are clear and prioritized.
• Review production issues reported through Intercom and Crashlytics, then route them to the appropriate team or escalate when needed.
• Monitor blockers and dependencies between pods until they are resolved.
• Work with marketing to align release schedules and feature messaging.
• Provide leadership with brief, clear progress and status updates.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who has coordinated or managed projects inside a software team and who values sustainable pace over burnout. The ideal candidate can understand bug reports, follow technical discussions, stay highly organized, and communicate proactively and clearly. Experience with Shortcut or similar tools, Intercom, and Crashlytics would be beneficial.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience supporting mobile app teams.
• Exposure to agile or scrum practices, CI/CD workflows, or cloud infrastructure concepts.
