Its network includes more than 400 hotels and over 300 private homes, villas, castles, and cottages across the UK, Ireland, Italy, and France, each chosen for its location, character, and quality.
The organization focuses on delivering exceptional service to travel advisor partners while creating business growth opportunities in the luxury travel space. It operates with an entrepreneurial mindset and offers a fast-moving environment for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact.
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will report to the Chief Client Engagement Officer and will play a key part in executing the company’s partner engagement strategy. This position supports marketing programs, communications, and digital initiatives that strengthen relationships with travel advisors, hotel partners, and guides while supporting wider business growth goals.
The role combines marketing coordination, CRM management, content support, and audience engagement. The right candidate will bring structure to workflows, maintain strong data practices, help drive campaign performance, and support scalable processes that improve brand reach and partner connection within the luxury travel community.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and improve CRM and email marketing data so advisor records remain clean, usable, and actionable.
- Draft polished copy for email campaigns, social posts, website updates, and advisor-facing communications.
- Review CRM and email results to suggest better segmentation, optimization, and re-engagement tactics, including monthly welcome series for new advisors.
- Monitor engagement levels, identify inactive contacts and unsubscribes, and help keep mailing lists healthy and high-performing.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables for social content calendars while recommending themes and opportunities based on trend tracking.
- Investigate unsubscribe patterns and re-engagement opportunities.
- Assist with website content updates and general marketing content maintenance.
- Adapt content for internal agency channels such as Slack to encourage engagement with key accounts.
- Support social content creation and publishing in line with the approved strategy.
- Increase social engagement by commenting, responding, and identifying travel advisors with strong reach across platforms.
- Monitor content from key agency accounts and help strengthen visibility and relationships, including with new advisors.
- Track campaign and channel metrics and share learnings with the team to guide future efforts.
- Contribute to experimental social initiatives and keep up with new platform trends to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Build city-specific target advisor lists for upcoming sales tours.
- Record and track advisor engagement after in-person tours and virtual events in the CRM system.
- Support meeting logistics by contacting restaurants and venues.
- Compile final itineraries and supporting documents into professional PDF files.
- Organize folders, asset libraries, and databases in a structured way.
- Keep CRM and advisor records accurate, current, and ready for use.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, or a related function. Experience in social media is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable creating, publishing, engaging with audiences, and reviewing performance data.
Strong organization, time management, and copywriting skills are essential. The ideal candidate can write effectively for both short and long digital formats, work independently, and collaborate well across teams. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform is preferred, and Canva experience is an advantage. A proactive, solution-focused mindset is important for success in this role.
What You’ll Get
- An ambitious environment that supports professional growth and career advancement.
- A highly collaborative culture where speed, results, and people all matter.
- A workplace that values creative thinking and rewards strong ideas.
- Competitive compensation with a strong bonus plan.
